Founded by Susan Taylor, Creative Direction draws on more than15 years of marketing experience in Australian agriculture. From a grain farming family operation in the Wimmera, Susan spent her youth between the vast crops of Western Victoria and the irrigation country of Northern Victoria on a dairy farm. These experiences not only led her into a marketing career in agriculture, it highlighted the importance of clear communication within the sector. Whether it’s new ideas, technology and or on the farm itself - communication is one of the most critical skills needed (at every level) to be successful.

This deep understanding of what’s needed and valued within the sector is what drives Creative Direction.

Susan’s approach is simple. It’s all about results. From scaling corporate businesses to launching new products that smash sales targets, she’s designed purchasing programs with 100% uptake and consistently delivers measurable outcomes. But here’s the key—Susan doesn’t just focus on tactics; she starts with strategy.
